Material Introduction:
Sandalwood is a tree that has endured through the ages. It is also known as the olibanum tree, and its sap, when extracted and deposited, becomes the fragrant material known as agarwood.
Attention:This precious item is made of wood, and it is easy to crack due to changes in weather or drying. Therefore, the buyers should pay attention to the use and maintenance. After use, it should be sealed in a sealed bag or box, and only take it out when needed. If there are small cracks during use, this is a normal phenomenon. (The Vietnamese rosewood will have cracks, so this cannot be excluded.) Soaking the cracks with water will gradually merge. If the buyer cannot accept the cracks, it is recommended not to buy. Only plastic or other non-natural materials will not be affected by air changes. I hope the buyers understand this point. Finally, if you do not plan to use it for a long time, apply a layer of white/red wax on the surface of the incense wood, and then seal it in a sealed bag to prevent cracking. I have also tried this experiment. I put a massage device with cracks in a sealed bag for three months, and after taking it out and washing it, there were no more cracks. So I think this method is still feasible.
