Operating Instructions:

1. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch; (The machine is rated at 220V, with a maximum input power of 1800W)

2. Temperature and Time Setting Operation Procedure: (The device displays temperature in Celsius)

1) Temperature setting: Press the SET button once, and the SP window indicator light will turn on. Press the (▲Addition key) or (?Subtraction key) to set the temperature. The setting is complete.

2)、Time setting: Press the SET setting key twice, at this time the SF window indicator light is on, press the addition key or the decrease key to set the time, and press the SET to return to the heating interface after the setting is completed.

3. Machinery and Equipment:

a. Select the automatic or manual operation mode; if you choose the automatic operation, simply slide the worktable down the pneumatic to press, and it will automatically return to position when the time is up. If you choose the manual operation, place the goods on the worktable and slide it to the middle of the heating plate, then start the manual button, the pneumatic will press down, and it will automatically return to position when the time is up.

b. If the position is incorrect during the hot stamping process, press the 'Emergency Stop' button to stop the hot pressing, modify the position, and then rotate the 'Emergency Stop' clockwise to automatically return the machine to normal operation.

Pressure: If the pressure is insufficient or too high, adjust the pressure valve on the air tank by turning it in the (+) direction to increase pressure, or in the (-) direction to decrease pressure (please note whether there is lubricating oil in the air tank).

Maintenance:
1. When the device reaches a constant temperature, if the heating plate does not heat up or heats unevenly, check the circuit temperature controller and the thermocouple. If the thermocouple is broken, the temperature controller will display a '1', and the thermocouple should be replaced.
2. Time: When the switch is set to 'manual', pressing the 'manual start' will not cause the press to lower. In this case, check the 'manual' switch. If when the switch is set to 'automatic', the press does not lower when the platform is in place, it should be checked whether the contact points of the contact switch in the box are in place. If they are not in the correct position, they should be adjusted.
