The mixed batch is delivered at 10 bottles or 100 yuan, because we are factory direct sales, the price is relatively much cheaper. What we pursue is quantity, so don't always ask if I can give it to you according to the discount price, if you reach the quantity of our online wholesale, we will give you the price marked online, and you can choose to take a bottle as a sample to send Express, which is more convenient.
Question 3: How many days can you arrive after your order?
Answer 3: We usually deliver the goods within 48 hours from the date of payment. For example, the goods can arrive within 4-5 days after the delivery of the logistics, except for remote areas and the three provinces in the east.
Question 4: How do you deliver the goods?
Answer 4: We recommend that you send express delivery within three kilograms, and do not specify a courier company. We recommend that you send logistics for more than three kilograms. If you have familiar logistics, you must talk clearly with the customer service about what logistics to send. Other methods are invalid. If you specify logistics, please negotiate the freight price by yourself, because the company is not familiar with logistics, the company is not responsible for price negotiation. If there is no logistics that you can recommend, we will try our best to choose a preferential logistics delivery when shipping. The logistics is charged on a piece basis, and the packaging staff of the company will try our best to make a small number of pieces, pay special attention to the name of the consignee you left must match the identity card of the pick-up person, and the logistics must check the province certificate before picking up the goods.
Question 5: How can I query the transportation situation of my goods?
Answer 5: Logistics is usually notified by phone to pick up the goods. It usually takes about 5 days to arrive in the direct city and 7 days to arrive in the transit city. Guangzhou freight is usually opened by individuals. The price is favorable and the speed is fast, but the goods cannot be tracked online. Please wait patiently for a few days after shipment, you can also enter the order in the logistics information column according to the order number, number of items, and check the goods. If the goods have not been received within about 7 days, you can call customer service. Logistics can only be sent to urban areas or counties. You must send it to a certain district or town in the city. Please contact us to send it. If you do not specify it, if the customer is not available, he will not pick up the goods because the place where the goods are picked up is too far away. Due to the large number of orders and busy work, please do not urge once a day after ordering. The company will arrange it as soon as possible, hoping to understand.
Question 6: Will my goods not be lost or damaged?
Answer 6: The packing staff of the company will carefully pack the goods to avoid crushing. Generally, this situation will not occur for a whole piece of goods placed. Like mixed batches of goods, due to different specifications, the packing is uneven and the pressure is different. Sometimes these situations will inevitably occur. Therefore, we generally recommend that customers who are far away and those who go to the county can place orders in one piece, it really can't be the whole piece or too loose. Check whether the box is complete after receiving the goods. If there is any damage, you can take a photo and send it to the customer service of the company. Because the company is a small profits but quick turnover, the company did not consider the transportation risk when pricing, unable to unilaterally bear the risk of loss of goods, we will choose guaranteed transportation when we expect the customer to deliver the goods to ensure the safety of the goods. The guaranteed price is charged at 3 parts per thousand of the order, and the starting price of one ticket is 3 yuan, if no insured goods are selected, the loss of the goods will be compensated 3-5 times of the freight according to the Articles of Association of the logistics company. (Logistics is only responsible for the loss of insured goods and not for damage. Therefore, the packaging staff of the company will try their best to pack them tightly to prevent crushing. question 7: What should I do if the quantity I received is wrong?
