About sample fabric: To purchase sample fabric or arrange for quality samples, please contact us. The sample size is 15*15 cm. Samples will be sent by SF Express and the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. The sample fabric will generally be shipped within 1-2 days. Please understand and forgive!
Regarding color differences: Our company guarantees that all products are photographed from actual items. However, color differences due to monitor displays and lighting conditions during photography may occur. There may be color variations between the actual items and the images. Each customer has different color requirements. If you have high standards for color, please consider carefully before purchasing. For bulk orders, we recommend that you first inspect the fabric quality samples. To avoid unnecessary disputes, we encourage you to inquire and compare more thoroughly before placing your order. Please contact us before placing your bulk order to confirm the quality. Once the quality is confirmed, we will send the bulk order to reduce any losses for both parties.
About product quality issues: (1) If there are any quality problems with the product, please notify our company in writing within seven days of receiving the goods. After this time, we will not be responsible for any issues. If there are quality problems with the product itself, please take photos and notify us in writing of your requirements. All damage caused by human error is non-refundable. Once the product is cut or subjected to deep processing, we will not be responsible for any issues!

About sample order: Orders for sample order do not support online Alipay transactions. A purchase contract is signed, and a 30% deposit is paid after production begins. Once the bulk production is completed, we will send you a sample for confirmation. You can also send someone to inspect. After confirmation, the full payment will be made.
