Purchasing Instructions

1. Supply is abundant:

 Our store has a sufficient supply of goods, so you can rest assured to purchase. If there is a temporary shortage, it will be indicated on the product display images. If there is an occasional stockout that we fail to update in time, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible to discuss a solution.

2. About Customization:

 This pair of glasses does not have a logo; if you order more than 400 pairs, we can provide a printed logo.

3. About color difference:

 All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. Please understand. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are advised to try on the items in our physical store before making a purchase.

4. Default Express Delivery:

 If you need SF Express, please contact the customer service. Large items can be sent by logistics.

5. Return and exchange processing:

 Quality issues are covered for exchange or refund, and the return shipping fees are borne by the seller. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to confirm, and return the product within 72 hours. If the product is returned after the deadline, we will not accept it.

For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues (provided the item is brand new and unopened and does not affect resale), the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

6. Sign Receipt Instructions:

 Please do not sign the receipt immediately upon receiving the package. Always open and inspect the goods in the presence of the courier to ensure there are no damages or shortages before accepting the delivery.

Please contact the shopkeeper (whose contact information is on the delivery slip) on the spot. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity, content, and integrity of the goods. The shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company on behalf of the buyers!

Please forgive us for not being responsible for any losses caused by discrepancies in the goods, lack, or damage. If you encounter any issues with the items after receiving them, please contact us immediately! Our shopkeeper will work with the buyer to resolve the problem. We strive to ensure that the buyer is fully satisfied and leaves with a hundred percent satisfaction!
