    1. Specify the requirements.

    2、Supply is abundant.

   Our store has a sufficient supply of goods, so you can rest assured to purchase. If there is a temporary shortage, it will be indicated on the product display images. In the event that there are occasional stockouts that cannot be updated in time, our store will contact the buyer in a short period of time and negotiate a solution.     4、Color Difference Issue.

   All the goods in our store are photographed with actual items. Due to technical, monitor, lighting, and environmental reasons, there may be slight color differences. This is a normal phenomenon, and we kindly ask for your understanding. Buyers who are highly sensitive to color differences are requested to try the products on in our physical store before making a purchase.

    5. Return and exchange handling.

   Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the product within 10 days. If there are any quality issues such as frame breakage, peeling, or large-area scratches on the lenses, you may contact customer service for a return or exchange. If it exceeds 10 days, our store will not accept returns or exchanges. As we are a wholesale manufacturer, we cannot guarantee that every product is perfect, and there may be minor imperfections. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these issues. We hope you can understand! We refuse to engage in profiteering and reject intermediaries, allowing the profits to truly return to consumers!

    6、Signature Required.

   When you receive the package, please do not sign the receipt immediately. Please open and inspect the goods in front of the courier to ensure that there are no damages or shortages. If the goods are damaged or the quantity is missing, please refuse to accept them! And contact the shopkeeper (contact information is on the courier receipt) immediately. Once you sign, it means you acknowledge the quantity and integrity of the goods, and the shopkeeper will not be able to claim compensation from the courier company for the buyers! Please understand that the shop will not bear the loss caused by the inconsistency of the goods, the lack or damage! If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please contact us!
