The solution to the stockout problem: Generally, we will contact the buyer to inform them of the stockout reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. About returns and exchanges: For a return, the product must have a quality issue that results in the loss of its intended function or does not meet normal standards. You must apply for a return or exchange within 24 hours after signing the delivery receipt, and the product must be returned within 24 hours after the application.
