  Delivery within 48 hours (shipped within 15:00 PM on the same day for stock orders).

The system automatically calculates the courier fee, defaulting to YTO Express. If you need to send by another courier, please contact customer service.

Large items are recommended to be sent by logistics, which is cost-effective. Since the logistics fee is collect on delivery, the shipping cost of the order will be changed to 0 yuan once you confirm the logistics. The customer needs to pick up the goods at the local logistics point or request home delivery and pay the shipping fee to the logistics point manager.

About returning or exchanging the product

If using a balloon for aerial drift, Please ensure that only safe helium is used for filling, as the country has banned the use of hydrogen.
