 About shipping

  Delivery within 48 hours (shipped within 15:00 PM on the same day for stock orders).

The system automatically calculates the courier fee, defaulting to YTO Express. If you need to send by another courier, please contact customer service.

Large items are recommended to be sent by logistics, which is cost-effective. Since the logistics fee is collect on delivery, the shipping cost of the order will be changed to 0 yuan once you confirm the logistics. The customer needs to pick up the goods at the local logistics point or request home delivery and pay the shipping fee to the logistics point manager. 

Note: Whether the quantity of goods is large or small, the buyer is responsible for the freight charges and does not include postage.

We have an obligation to provide buyers with the progress information of the express delivery, but we cannot assume the responsibility for the express delivery (the express company is not our own, and we hope that all buyers can understand. About returning or exchanging the product

Exchange and refund with conditions: For exchanges due to personal preference, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and it is guaranteed that the product has not been used and does not affect sales. 

We will inspect the package in person upon receipt to ensure it matches the product we sent out or meets the return and exchange standards. If not, we will not accept the delivery.

  Exchange: No exchange will be processed beyond two weeks.

If using a balloon for aerial drift, Please ensure that only safe helium is used for filling, as the country has banned the use of hydrogen.

 The floating effect uses helium, please purchase from a professional shop.
