The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Unreasonable return policy: In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the goods are in perfect condition, have not been used, and are undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product.
