Installation Notes:

1. The reducer must be installed on a flat and solid base, and the base bolts must be tightened to prevent vibration.

2. Power equipment - Reducers - The connection points between the drive machine and the working machine should be adjusted after installation to ensure that the three axes are coaxial.

3. The shaft outer diameter tolerance of the input end of the reducer is made according to J6, and the shaft outer diameter tolerance of the output end of the reducer is made according to JS6. The inner holes of the couplings, belt wheels, and chain wheels that are matched with the reducer must be manufactured with appropriate tolerance dimensions to avoid excessive tightness during assembly that could damage the bearings, or loose fitting that could affect the normal power transmission.

4. When chain wheels, gears, and other driving components are installed on shafts, they should be positioned as close to the bearings as possible to reduce the bending stress on the shafts.
