Installation precautions:

1. The reducer must be installed on a flat and solid base, and the base bolts must be tightened securely to prevent vibration.

2. Power equipment – reducers – working machines: Adjust the connections after installation to ensure coaxiality of the three axes.

3. The outer diameter tolerances of the input shaft extensions and output shaft extensions of the reducer are specified as J6; similarly, the outer diameter tolerances of the output shaft extensions are specified as JS6. The inner holes of matching couplings, pulleys, sprockets, and other transmission components must be manufactured with appropriate tolerances to prevent bearing damage from excessive tightness or insufficient flexibility that could affect normal power transmission.

4. When sprockets, gears, and other transmission components are mounted on the shaft extension, they should be placed as close to the bearings as possible to reduce the bending stress on the shaft extension.

5.NanjiangWhen assembling the reducer motor, apply grease on the wall of the worm head inner hole and at the key engagement point to avoid overly tight assembly and prevent rust in the shaft hole over time.

6. When ordering various Nanjiang reducers, if the motor weight is excessive, a support device should be installed.
