Customization Requirements

1. All products of our factory have patents and quality inspection reports, and can accept OEM, OEM, small batch custom LOGO, etc. For specific standard operations, please contact customer service manager, and we will provide high-quality cooperation and support. 

After-sales processing

1. After receiving the goods, please check the quantity and quality of the kernel within 3 days. If you have any questions, please report them to the after-sales customer service in time. 2. Quality problems caused by non-human factors, adjustable exchange and Assistance (excluding return). 3. Please register the specific goods and quantity with the customer service personnel before shipment, and attach the goods list to the delivery box. The factory will not be responsible for the loss or wrong delivery caused by the failure to register. 4. The freight incurred by the adjustment and replacement of non-quality problems shall be borne by the customer. 5. Products with non-quality problems cannot be returned or exchanged.

Logistics/express instructions

1. Customers of small goods can choose express delivery, and the customer service will calculate the freight according to your quantity. 2. Large goods are usually sent to the nearest logistics site by logistics delivery (if you have special requirements, please communicate with customer service in time). 3. The goods sent by logistics have not been received for more than 7 days. Please contact us. 

Inventory commentary

All products on the shelves are in stock, but because the daily shipment volume is relatively large, there is a certain time difference between your order payment and the order distribution, therefore, there is no guarantee that your goods will be temporarily out of stock when they are distributed. In order to avoid such a situation, please pay in time after placing an order, our company will arrange the order of distribution according to the order of payment placed by the customer. If some products are temporarily out of stock, it will determine whether the goods are available first according to the size of the shortage.
