2. Logistics costs and carriers are arranged by the distribution center of our company, and logistics should be selected on the premise of safety and punctuality as far as possible. (The cost is limited to logistics, and the customer takes care of the short-distance transportation cost.) if the customer has a designated logistics and distribution channel, please inform us in advance.
3. If there is any quality problem, please contact us immediately.
4. We will check and re-inspect the Cup again before shipment, but the Cup needs more processes (18-28) during the production process, and occasionally small scratches on the cup body or cup liner are inevitable, sorry for the small flaw!!!
