2. Quality

since ceramics are handiwork, it is inevitable to leave production marks during the production process. Slight sand spots, black spots, pinholes and uneven glaze are normal phenomena, which meet the national standards. Perfectionist buyers should purchase with caution, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Shipment

generally, the goods will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after payment. If the goods are in stock, the goods will be delivered on the same day. 4. Logistics

due to the particularity of ceramic glaze products and various packaging methods, all quotations do not include freight. Guests can designate a logistics company to pick up the goods at our factory, or we can contact a suitable logistics company to deliver the goods. The freight is borne by the purchaser.

5. After-sales service

we will calculate the proportion when shipping, and there will be more damage. We also recommend that customers try their best to choose independent packaging to ensure the safety of the goods.
