In several cases, it is not a quality problem of jewelry:

1. As the oil and sweat secreted by air and skin have oxidation effect on silver ornaments, the phenomenon of blackening may occur for a long time.

  It is recommended to clean and maintain the ornaments regularly. When not wearing them, try to keep them sealed and avoid sweating and wearing them when bathing!

2. Due to the soft texture of the silver needle, it is easy to bend and deform. You only need to gently break it straight by hand, which does not affect the normal wearing!

3. Wood, resin, Pearl, agate, Shell and other materials will inevitably have slight scratches in manual production, which will not affect normal wearing!

4. All ornament of our factory are processed through anti-allergy technology. Due to the different constitution of each person, a small number of people who are allergic to metals are inevitable!

5. All products of our factory are taken in kind. There may be color differences due to different screen of mobile phone and computer display and shooting light. Please refer to the actual color for details!

 6. Some models have material smell due to the special material, such as acrylic, ABS Pearl, please be careful if you cannot accept it!
