 1. Write down the required customized content, font and color on the remarks (if the quantity is large, you can send a form)

2. The product is vacuum real gold plating in the furnace; The default chain is O-shaped chain. Contact customer service if you change necklace.

  Existing color: rigid color (no fading); Gold, rose gold, black (color retention for at least two years)

3. Please leave your contact information in the remarks column. If there are special circumstances, it is convenient to communicate and solve (confirm the effect diagram, etc. ..)

4. Customized products will not be returned or exchanged once they are confirmed to be produced. I hope all bosses and our store can confirm the information before placing an order.

5. Necklace production time is generally long (8-10 days). If you need urgent, please contact our customer service to confirm so as not to delay the delivery time of all bosses.

6. If you need a separate chain of packaging bags and gift boxes or an overseas delivery service, please contact Customer Service for consultation!

  Our company is a customized store, and the delivery time of customized orders is subject to the agreement time between the two parties; Generally, the goods will be delivered within 2-8 days, and all orders will undergo strict quality inspection before being out of the warehouse, there will be a few defective products and supplements that cannot be delivered as scheduled. Our company will arrange the finished goods to you first, and the products with poor quality will be sent to you urgently.
