Operation Method:

1. Remove all packaging materials before use. Clean the dryer rack with clean water or non-scratch detergent, then rinse with clean water and dry.

2. Storage after use: After cleaning, dry the drying rack and then store it.

3. Cut the food into thin slices. The drying time depends on the thickness of the food (the temperature and humidity of the room will also affect it, for example during the Huangmei rain season...). The thinner the food, the faster it dries. Place the sliced ingredients on the drying rack. This set contains a total of 5 layers! Even if you do not have enough food to fill the rack completely, please install all the racks, and place the food on the top layer. For example, if you are only baking one layer, but please fill all the racks, and ensure that the dehydrated food is on the top layer. If there are rotten parts of the fruit, they need to be disposed of!

4. After all the food is placed, cover the lid. Adjust the temperature to the desired setting. Vegetables and fruits should not exceed 60 degrees to avoid destroying the vitamins. Adjust the drying rack according to the food's dryness, for example, the closer to the power source, the faster it dries, and you can adjust the drying rack according to your needs. Some fruits will naturally form a protective film to avoid drying. For fruits like this, you can boil them for 1-2 minutes first, then place them in cold water and drain them.

5. When baking is complete, first adjust the temperature control button to a low temperature, blow for 3-5 minutes, and then turn off the power after the temperature has dropped.
