Custom Requirements

1. All products of our factory are equipped with patents and quality test reports. We accept custom-branding, OEM, and small-quantity custom LOGO. For specific standards and operations, please contact our customer service manager. We will provide high-quality cooperation and support. 

After-sales service

1. Please check the quantity and quality within 3 days after receiving the goods. If there are any problems, please feedback to the after-sales customer service in time for processing. 2. For quality problems caused by non-human factors, exchange and assistance can be provided (excluding returns). 3. For exchange, please register the specific goods and quantity with the customer service staff before shipping, and attach the goods list in the shipping box. If the loss or misdirection is caused by the unregistered, the factory will not be responsible. 4. The freight for exchange due to non-quality problems is borne by the customer. 5. Non-quality products are not refundable or exchangeable.

Logistics/Courier Instructions

1. Small items can be sent by courier. Our customer service will calculate the shipping fee based on the quantity of your goods. 2. For large items, the general practice is to send them to the nearest logistics station with the customer paying upon receipt (please communicate with customer service immediately if there are any special requirements). 3. If you have not received the goods sent by logistics for more than 7 days, please contact us immediately. 

Inventory Explanation

The products on the shelf all have stock, but due to the large daily shipment volume, there is a certain time difference between your order payment and the order allocation, so we cannot guarantee that there will be a temporary shortage when your goods are dispatched. To avoid such situations, please pay immediately after placing your order. The order allocation sequence is determined according to the payment sequence of customers' orders. If there is a temporary shortage of some products, it will be determined based on the size of the shortage whether the goods with stock will be dispatched first. (The customer service team will inform you in time if there is a shortage, please ensure that your contact information is kept up-to-date).
