1. Ordering Rules:

If you need to send logistics, please contact us to change the freight to 0.The logistics fee for sending goods is collect on delivery, and you need to pick up the goods yourself.Currently, it is not possible to choose the shipping method or courier service when placing an order on Ali.Our system is set to default to sending express deliveries.
2. Yiwu small commodities, you get what you pay for. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.
3. If the product has color options, we will ship according to the order. If there is no color option, the shipment will be random, which is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.

II. Shipping Rules:
1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which provides door-to-door service and is convenient and fast. For larger quantities, it is more cost-effective to use logistics, but you need to pick up the goods at the logistics company. It is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is YTO Express, and the logistics is dedicated freight. Every day in Yiwu, there are many trucks heading to all parts of the country. As long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the freight company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there are no direct trucks in the county and city, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.
3. If there is a specific logistics, please note 'Yiwu phone number and address' in the "seller message" and do not use the chat record as a proof.
4. Direct delivery usually takes 3 to 4 days, while delivery via transfer may take an additional 1 to 2 days. Exceptions may apply. Please refer to actual delivery for accuracy. We cannot control the actual arrival time. If there are specific requirements for delivery time, you can specify the logistics.
5. The specific pickup address will be notified by the freight forwarding company. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.
6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as Deyong, Jiaji, Xibang, Tiandi Huayu. However, the freight is relatively expensive.

Section Three: After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), after this period, we will not accept any complaints. If the case of false or exaggerated reports is verified, we will not accept it.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.

For importers who purchase large quantities, heavy goods, or oversized items, it is recommended to use the car shipping services at the freight market in Yiwu. After shipping the goods to the local shipping department, the consignee will be notified by phone to pick up the goods. The freight charges will be paid upon picking up the goods.

       During the transaction process: After the customer places an order, our store will directly zero out the logistics freight, and the buyer will pay the goods price; Our store does not assume the shipping freight.

  2. Express delivery:（Transportation is fast and time is guaranteed, but the cost is high）  

  All goods in our store have been accurately weighed by weight, and the system automatically calculates shipping fees based on the pre-set shipping template. The shipping fee you should pay will be displayed once you make a purchase.Our store only cooperates with YTO Express.Most of the goods are shipped via logistics, with fewer using express delivery. Please do not worry too much about the express shipping fees!
