1. About Shipping:

If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact our customer service to modify the shipping fee. All logistics shipping fees are collect on delivery.

 

Section Two: About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! III. About Returns and Exchanges

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Product damage of 5% is within the normal range, and the buyer can send the goods back after accumulating 200 yuan (only the logistics freight is reimbursed for express delivery) to cover the next time's payment.
