 1. Ceramics will have small sudden spots, small bubbles and tiny flaws in the size of pinholes, which are normal and inevitable, because when porcelain is fired at high temperature, air holes, electroplating, decals are all handmade craft products, and the production process is complicated. Trace traces of gold and silver left during electroplating are inevitable, stained paper is manually pasted with incomplete small flaws. We will not send damaged ceramics.

 2. Please be sure to check and accept the product after receiving the goods. If the product appears (the pattern is incomplete in a large area, the porcelain is deformed and cracked), it is a quality problem. Please take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours, we will reissue products with quality problems! It will not be handled within the time limit. Thank you for your cooperation!

 4. If there are requirements for product quality, we recommend that you take samples before ordering, confirm the products, and then order them in batches to avoid losses and unnecessary disputes between the two parties.
