Shipping and Handling Instructions

1. Regarding express delivery, if you choose to use express transportation, please contact us to confirm the express you have selected. After the payment for the goods and the freight is made, we will ship the goods within 48 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the Changhong freight telephone), or we can help you choose a relatively suitable freight service! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the goods on our side, the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but the arrival time at the freight station is not guaranteed, please understand, thank you!)

After-sales service

1. We do not accept returns in principle, but we can negotiate for exchange if the product has quality issues. The transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchanged product together with the next order. If the customer cannot accept the delivery together, the freight for the exchange needs to be self-funded! Please inform our Taobao customer service before returning to our company, thank you for your cooperation!

2. Due to the special nature of the product, it cannot be compared with household appliances, so the store does not implement the three guarantees policy for the toys sold. If there are problems after use, the store will not assume any responsibility. If we can help, we will try to solve these problems, but the related costs will be borne by the customer. 3. Receiving Standards

1. When buyers pick up the goods, please carefully inspect them in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

2. We can ship on behalf of customers, handle the shipping transportation procedures, and the freight is all paid upon arrival. We generally do not accept prepaid freight.

Exclusion of Liability

1. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality. However, due to various uncertain factors, we can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products will be free of defects upon arrival. The remaining 2%-3% is within the scope of exemption.

2. All the goods we send are genuine. Before shipping, we will ensure that the product packaging is complete and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformations of the packaging boxes for products in colorful boxes). Transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which is beyond our control. We will not assume responsibility for damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.

3. All our products are manufactured by legitimate manufacturers and are affordable. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, or that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations. However, these issues do not fall under quality problems. Nothing is perfect, and we understand that some buyers may be too picky. Please forgive us if you are one of them. 4. All sizes are measured by hand, and slight errors are normal. All images are uploaded from actual shots. Due to differences in lighting and monitors, there may be some color differences. Please understand.
