About ordering:
the shipping address and the name of the consignee. Please give the phone number details, especially the phone number. Keep it as clear as possible. After the goods are delivered, if you need to transfer, return, or sign for the wrong address due to the buyer's reason, the buyer shall bear the expenses incurred.
About logistics:
our logistics does not support specifying. Please negotiate with customer service for delivery logistics. The problem of speed is also a problem that has always troubled us. Please be careful if you order urgent items or have no patience. Climate problems will affect the speed of express delivery. We can't promise when you will receive the product. You can tell us to check the customer service. We will contact the courier to verify the transportation of the goods and urge the delivery. ( if the refund is due to the delivery time, the freight shall be borne by the buyer.)
