1. The product has been quoted at the factory price, generally based on the listed price on Ali's website. All quotes are for the factory price, excluding shipping and all other costs. All payments must be settled in RMB (currency: yuan).

★ Receiving Standards
1. When the buyer picks up the goods, please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away at first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
2. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.
Sample Fee
Whether it is a retail, wholesale, or gift order customer, we treat everyone equally and do not provide free samples. If you really need one, we will sell it at a 20% higher price than the actual retail price. You can recover the sample price difference after confirming the order.

 

 

 

★ After-sales Service

 

1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next order from the customer. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer! Before sending back, you must inform our business's Alibaba customer service!!
2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not have a three-pack policy. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we can solve these problems within our capabilities, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the guests.
The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
