Underground Metal DetectorMD-3010II
The MD-3010II LCD display underground metal detector has been well received by foreign customers since its introduction to the international market in 2000. It has quickly gained a foothold in the European and American markets and has been exported to more than a dozen countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Finland, Turkey, South Korea, and Russia.
Functional Features and Uses:
MD-3010II metal detector is a digital intelligent detector using the advanced Japanese original Fuji 32CPU central processor as the core circuit to process and convert digital signals. It has strong discriminating power and high accuracy, with stronger intuitiveness.
The MD-3010II metal detector is primarily used to detect underground metal objects. It is not only applied in military but also widely used in security checks, archaeology, mining, treasure hunting, lawn searching for metal foreign bodies, etc. The MD-3010II is particularly suitable for searching for metal foreign bodies in the desert, gold and silver jewelry, and various coins.
Trial use
To familiarize yourself with the detector's response to various metals, you can conduct a trial run indoors and outdoors before the first use.
Indoor use
*Turn on the detector, and the detector should be in a normal working state at this time.
Place the detector on the desk and remove any metal items from your body, such as watches, rings, jewelry, etc.
Adjust the detection disk to face the ceiling.
Place the object to be detected on the detection plate at a distance of 2-3 inches, and slowly sweep over the detection plate.
Outdoor trial
*Turn on the detector, and the detector should be in a normal working state at this time.
*Find a ground without metal objects outdoors.
* Buried the detection target underground, and the distance between the targets should be maintained at 1-2 feet.
* Maintain a distance of 1 to 2 inches between the detector and the ground, and slowly move the detector over the area where the target is buried.
*When the target is detected, the detector will emit a sound and the image on the LCD screen will begin to blink.
* Slowly raise the probe plate, and the depth icon on the LCD screen rises.
* When detecting targets, if the rectangular aperture jumps from one target pattern to another or vice versa, the detected target may not be on the display screen or in the detection area.
For areas with high mineral content, reducing sensitivity and re-detecting can avoid the occurrence of the latter situation.
Error Signal
The product has high sensitivity and can detect objects buried deep, so useless signals and other obstructions may cause signal confusion. To solve this, dig only at targets where the signal flashes repeatedly. You can place the detection disk on the ground and scan it back and forth. Please pay attention to distinguishing between occasional signal flashes and continuous, repeated flashes.
To reduce the error signal, it is possible to scan in small, slow, and short-distance overlapping areas.
Use the probe disk
* Move the detection disc at an appropriate speed, as moving too fast will prevent the scanning from overlapping, leading to the omission of some areas. At the same time, the sensitivity will decrease, resulting in the omission of metal objects buried deeper.
* Keep the detection disk as close to the ground as possible, maintaining parallel to the ground to expand the search scope and depth. If operating on the lawn, you can gently approach the lawn.
