About ShippingAfter the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within three to seven days, generally by the afternoon of the same day if the order is placed before 4 PM. (Excluding weekends.) In the event of stockouts, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there is a dedicated picking staff who checks the shipping documents and the goods. 03 Express LogisticsPlease inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the shipping station if you need to ship the goods by logistics. This will help you pick up the goods in the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that we have no control over courier and logistics services. Please do not use the satisfaction of the courier and logistics service attitude and the time of arrival as the basis for our evaluation.

04 About ReceivingPlease make sure to personally sign for the delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as your personal receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the delivery.

05 About After-sales ServiceIf there are any quality problems within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will respond to your return or exchange request. We will not accept any requests after the three-day period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it for any subjective reasons, such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
