①、Shipping Information:

Default postal express delivery. Additional freight can be compensated to change to SF Express. Other courier services are not supported at the moment. If you need to change, please contact the online customer service.
If you find any problems with your order after placing it, please contact our online customer service team in time for processing.
Please contact customer service to make up the difference in shipping fees if you need to change the other express after placing an order.
If there are any problems during the express delivery process, please contact the online customer service or call the official telephone of the corresponding express company, or the express network point telephone of the recipient party in time.

②、Return and Exchange Process:
Return order directly applies for refund on Ali (orders that have been shipped and received by customers)
The order for exchange needs to be re-purchased and paid for before the previous order is applied for a refund, with shipping fees not refundable.
Please fill in the return shipping number on the return express delivery form if the order is returned. If the shipping number is not filled in, the transaction will be considered a success and the refund will not be processed again.

③、补寄流程：
Please contact customer service to modify the price and note the specific matters.
The order will only be printed and shipped after successful payment.

④、已发货订单处理流程：

Orders that have already been shipped without any logistics information should apply for a return as soon as possible and contact customer service to cancel the express delivery order.
Otherwise, once the logistics information is issued, the shipping fee will be generated, and the buyer will bear this shipping fee.

⑤、Return and Exchange Address Information:

Return and exchange address: please contact online customer service.

Please inform the customer service in advance of the specific reasons for returning the goods, and specify the specific circumstances of the return and exchange (you can leave a message on Alipay or Qianniu).
Must not affect secondary sales due to damage in transit.
Returned goods using Yunda, YTO, STO, ZTO, SF Express, Tian Tian Express, and EMS are not accepted for any form of collect on delivery (COD).

For after-sales issues:

If there are quality issues, short deliveries, or damage during transportation, please provide us with corresponding images as evidence. We will take the time to handle the issue to ensure that you have the opportunity to replace or make up for the goods.

For logistics issues of clients who purchase exclusively or in bulk from physical stores:

We usually ship in bulk using logistics and freight services, and the freight charges are usually collected upon arrival. Please contact our customer service to remove the shipping fee.

We will individually package the products and then wrap them in special hard cardboard boxes with woven straps to ensure safe transportation.

⑧、For entity purchase returns and exchanges:

Our products support a 7-day return and exchange policy.

Customers who pick up their own goods can exchange the goods provided they communicate with customer service within 30 days and the goods are in an unaffected second-hand sales condition.
