Purchasing Terms and Conditions:

1. [Battery Box with Light] Only has on/off function without flashing light, comes with batteries.

【Flashlight Model】Default shipment with two AA batteries and a handle model, with three functions: constant brightness, flashlight, and off, with batteries included.

2. The product is a custom-made material accessory kit that requires self-inflation and assembly. Occasionally, there may be damage to the accessories during transportation. Please contact customer service after the sale to have them send a replacement. We do not support returns for this issue.

3. After receiving the goods, please contact customer service to ask for the operation steps and installation video. Please do not install based on your intuition. If you have any questions about the operation, contact customer service for guidance.

4. New buyers are advised to purchase in small quantities at first to assess the quality. After receiving the goods, please contact customer service for guidance on operation. After assembling one or two balloons, observe them the next day to ensure there are no problems. Only after confirming the quality should you proceed with the assembly. New users should not assemble all the balloons at once, as it is easy to destroy them all if you do not operate them properly, which would be inconvenient for after-sales service.

5. Regarding the specifications and dimensions of the ball cover: if there is no indication of dimensions, the default is for a 20-inch ball cover.

14-inch ball skin: Before inflation, the diameter is about 14 cm, recommended to inflate to about 25 cm in diameter

16-inch ball skin: Before inflation, the diameter is about 16 cm, recommended to inflate to about 28 cm in diameter.

20 inch ball skin: Before inflation, the diameter is about 20 cm, recommended to inflate to about 35 cm in diameter

Other inflatable balls with shapes are inflated to the size they are supposed to be, just fill the shape with air, and overinflating will cause them to deform.

Bubble balls are made of expanding materials and may not always be perfectly round. If you are looking for a perfectly round bubble ball and are very particular about quality, please consider this carefully before purchasing.

6. Default includes an air pump. To improve the air-filling efficiency and the roundness of the ball, we recommend purchasing a two-way hand-pump air pump, which provides fast air filling and sufficient air pressure.
