If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

III. About Returns and Exchanges

1. If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be refunded at 9.5% of the original price. We do not provide return and exchange services for goods without quality problems beyond one month.

The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.  3. For long-term orders, we can accumulate damaged products for a unified return and exchange. If the total amount reaches 200 yuan, we will bear the transportation costs (we only bear half of the logistics to pay express delivery costs).
