About after-sales service:
1. Before the goods are shipped, our business will ensure that the product packaging is complete and tidy, and the outer box is strong. However, during the transportation process, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collision, or minor deformation of the packaging of some color boxes). Transportation is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for returning the goods. When receiving the goods, if you find that the outer box of the product packaging has serious damage, or the product is missing, please contact us immediately and take photos. Once the goods are signed, it means that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact. After signing, the risk is transformed to the buyer, and it cannot be used for any reason to require the return or exchange of the goods.

2. All products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure product quality.
