1. Within 15 days after receipt (the date of receipt as specified by the shipping invoice signature), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact the after-sales customer service in a timely manner. Please bring your own packaging and do not directly paste or write on the original factory box. If you return more than 5 kilograms, the return freight will be borne by our company. Please return 5-10 kilograms with ordinary logistics.
We will bear the freight costs. We refuse to use expensive logistics services such as DEPPON and BEST, and TIANDIHUAYU. If there is any violation, the freight costs will be borne by ourselves.

3. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but cannot guarantee it. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns.
4. For damaged goods in transportation, we consider it very troublesome for customers to directly seek compensation from the logistics company, so our company will assume full responsibility, but it must be raised within 3 days after receipt.
