About color difference: our products are taken in kind. Returning goods due to chromatic aberration is not a quality problem.
About smell: the bags were shipped immediate packing as soon as they left the factory. They were not treated with ventilation and other odor removal, so there will be some smell after receiving them. After receiving it, you only need ventilation for some time to get rid of the odor. It is not a quality problem. Therefore, you cannot apply for after-sales, return, and refund on the grounds of odor problems. Hope to understand, please be careful if you mind.
About thread ends: When sewing the bag, the machine automatically cut the thread ends, so there will be a small part of thread ends left on the product. You can directly handle it with scissors or lighter, it is not a quality problem.
About Size: size error due to the visual error between the photos taken and the real objects, please see the size of the product before purchasing. Due to manual measurement, if there is a 1-2cm error, it is within a reasonable range!
