YTO Express cannot deliver to areas where it is unable to reach, and it will only deliver to nearby delivery points, requiring buyers to pick up the parcel at the courier's local branch.

Your 1688 order will be processed automatically by the 1688 order system after confirmation (click 'Confirm without error, purchase'). It is not possible to manually modify the goods and quantities in the already generated order.

Return and Exchange Conditions

Yiwu CityGuoranJewelry Limited Company provides a 15-day return service for consumers.
For the following items, we regret that we do not provide a refund or exchange service:
1. Used and damaged by human goods

2. Quality problems caused by customer's own reasons
3. Goods received more than 15 days after the shipment
4. Did not send back the product list or did not indicate the reason for the return and the quantity of the return on the product list.
5. The product's packaging, accessories, and free gifts are damaged.

Return Process

1. Please confirm if the goods you want to return meet the corresponding return conditions.
2. Register the relevant exchange information with customer service (please be sure to contact customer service personnel to handle it).
3. Log in to your 1688 account, select the product, and click on the return option. Select the refund reason as "Consensus with the seller."
4. After the refund officer agrees with your application, return the goods to the following address. (Refuse to receive cash on delivery!)
After sending the goods, you need to re-enter the return page and click "Fill in Logistics Information" to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number, and contact telephone.
6. After we receive your returned goods and confirm the approval (confirming that the accessories are complete and do not affect resale), we will process your refund in accordance with the prescribed time limit.

Your returned goods application has been rejected, possibly because the application method does not comply with the relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund process.

05 Return Process

Due to the exchange problem, we need to confirm the stock of the goods, so please be sure to contact the customer service staff to handle it.
The product you need to replace is available in stock, subject to confirmation by our customer service staff. Please cooperate with us to complete the following steps:
1. Contact customer service to register the relevant exchange information (product color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact information, etc.)
2. Please send back the goods you want to exchange along with the returned goods application form (tick the goods you need to exchange) as soon as you receive the Alipay message from the customer service staff confirming the successful exchange.
* Friendly Tip: To ensure that your goods are returned in time, it is recommended to use a regular courier.
3. After the goods are shipped, please contact customer service again to inform us of the shipping number of the returned goods so that we can track the returned goods and process the exchange more quickly for you.
4. Once the warehouse receives the returned goods and conducts the review, we will send out the exchange goods as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on your receipt.
Important Note:
a) Throughout the entire exchange process, please do not make any operations in the 1688 system. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
b) During the exchange process, please do not apply for a refund, or the exchange operation will not be able to proceed.
c) If the exchanged goods are not shipped within seven days after registration, we will consider it as abandoning the exchange.
d) The return shipping fee and the shipping fee for sending the replacement product are on your own.
