02 About Shipping: In stock: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 48 hours (two days). If there is a shortage, we will contact you by phone or Alipay to inform you. When shipping, there are dedicated picking personnel to check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together and send them out.
Express Logistics: Express fees are charged based on actual weight and actual express fees. After placing an order, the express fee can be changed. For large consignments, please inform the customer service of the nearest logistics company address and the name of the consignment station so that you can pick up the goods in the shortest time and the nearest location. We solemnly declare that we have no control over express and logistics services. Please do not use the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the service attitude and the time of arrival of express and logistics services as the basis for our evaluation. Logistics fees are payable and self-picked.
Payment: The buyer first selects a payment method (such as online banking, quick payment, Alipay balance, etc.) and pays to Alipay, ensuring the safety of the payment. Once the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, the payment is then released to the supplier by Alipay. If the buyer does not receive the goods or they do not meet the requirements by the due date, they can submit a refund application to protect their rights.
05 About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If the delivery is accepted by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as if you have personally signed. Please ensure that you open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify, claim compensation, or refuse to accept the delivery directly from the delivery personnel.
06 About after-sales service: If there are any quality issues within seven days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the product differs significantly from the pictures, if it does not meet their expectations, or if they are dissatisfied or feel that it is not as good as they imagined, these are not acceptable reasons for returns or exchanges.
