After becoming a distributor of our company, the purchase can be mixed according to the minimum order quantity specified by the company or according to the mixed batch conditions.

The company follows the principle of small profits but quick turnover. Please consult our customer service manager for large mixed batches or the whole batch.

Due to the nature of wholesale, the profit is low. All transactions of our company will be paid to delivery: use Alipay to pay or bank transfer.

The products sent by our company have independent packaging. On the basis of the original packaging, the outer packaging is added to enhance the pressure resistance. Although we have made the best protective measures, however, it is still impossible to avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, extrusion, etc.

Our products have basic inventory, but because our toys and models are hot-selling products, and there are many export and domestic orders, we do not rule out the possibility that some products are out of stock after ordering, therefore, the delivery period is normal in two to three days, and we will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be ready within three days. Please forgive me! If you want to place a large number of orders, the delivery date and payment method need to be confirmed after negotiation with the customer service.

Our company's default express delivery nationwide is Yousu Express, Zhongtong Express and YTO Express. If it cannot be delivered to the region, contact the seller first. If you need other express delivery, please contact customer service. The freight is charged according to the actual weight. Please contact customer service to modify the freight after ordering!

Solution to shortage problem: generally, we will contact the consignee to inform the reason of shortage, and obtain the consignee's consent to change the style or color, etc. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the default principle is to deliver as much as the goods can be delivered according to the order. The remaining payment will be returned to the purchaser in full amount.

The buyer himself is requested to sign the package after checking it in person. If you find that the quantity does not match and the goods are damaged, Please seal them as they are and refuse to sign them immediately. Contact the owner in front of the courier and return them after my confirmation. Once signed, our store will not bear any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same problem occurs after others sign for it, so please sign for it yourself!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (we recommend that you choose insured logistics such as Debon). However, we have the obligation to try our best to help customers solve this problem. Our company will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid damage incidents. Please check the quantity and appearance of the goods with The Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please ask the courier to sign and confirm or reject.

Question 1: The Courier refused to open the check together.
Solution: You must take the express bill after signing it, and return it to the Courier after checking it.
Question 2: The Courier refused to sign to confirm the missing amount.
Solution: You can write down the phone number and name of the Courier.

Subjective defects: our products are of good quality and low price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough, defective, not good materials, different from what they imagined, but these are not quality problems, no matter what product is, someone may not be satisfied. Buyers who are too picky please make a detour. Our pictures are taken in kind. The product size is measured manually, and the error of 1-2cm is normal.

Return and exchange: return conditions --- the quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of proper functions of the product itself. We will return and exchange the product, but the freight incurred therefrom shall be borne by the buyer (most problems can be caused by replacing the battery, adjust the battery riding position, thread connection... and other simple ways to solve the problem. Sell toys and repair toys). Other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected... and other non-product quality problems, we will not provide return or exchange!

Product quality: Our company will pass many inspections during production, after delivery and before delivery, and deliver the products only after passing the inspection. However, various uncertain factors will lead to the loss of product functions.

Pictures and objects: the pictures of the products are taken in kind, which can truly reflect the reality of the products themselves. However, due to factors such as light and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the pictures and objects. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging method of the products and outer packages. Please refer to the actual situation.

Others: although what we do are all fine toys, those who have strict product requirements should turn around and make an elegant detour.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. The estimated transportation time we give you is for reference only and is not used as the content of the contract, it is not used as a reason for returning goods.
