2. Shipping Time

Logistics: Orders placed before noon can be shipped that day. Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.

After the customer receives the product, they should immediately check if it matches the order. If there are any discrepancies, please contact our customer service on the same day. If the discrepancy is more than 3 days, the company will handle it according to the situation.

2. Returns and exchanges.

Customers can exchange or return the goods within one week for free, and they will bear the return freight costs themselves. If the customer has been more than a week, they can exchange or return the goods, provided that it does not affect the second sale, and a 10% depreciation fee will be deducted.

A 30% depreciation fee will be deducted for more than one month.
