Due to the large amount of offline orders every day, our store has the following policy: Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day (provided there are no stock shortages), while orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the next day. During weekends and holidays, we will only accept orders but will not ship them. Normal shipping will resume once the holidays are over (except for special circumstances, which will be notified separately). By default, we use STO Express for shipping. If you need to use another courier service, please contact our customer service. For SF Express, you will need to pay the difference in shipping costs or pay at the destination.

After each successful transaction, we value your feedback greatly and strive for the perfection of the goods and services. If you are not satisfied with the goods after receiving them, please contact our customer service immediately, and we will definitely provide you with a satisfactory solution. When you receive the goods, please check if the items are complete. If any damage occurs during the transportation process, please refuse to accept the goods and contact our customer service to ensure timely compensation for the goods. This helps to reduce the losses to both parties. If the damage is due to personal issues later, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.
