If you receive a product with some deformation, please don't worry. It's because it was pressed during transportation. You can use a hair dryer to shape it back. Just turn on the heat wind directly at the pressed place. The pressed area will become soft when heated, and it will automatically return to shape. Wait for the doll to cool naturally and it will become hard again. Or, boil a large pot of boiling water, throw the doll into it, and when it is softened, take it out to cool and it will return to shape. It's the same as the reason why a pounded table tennis ball can be restored.




















If you encounter any flattened ones, you can use this method to make them round again. Generally, they won't be damaged. In case of any damage, please take a photo and send it to our customer service. We will make up for it the next time we receive stock.
