12. After the pump head is installed, put the middle finger of the left hand into the stall solenoid valve installation hole and push tappet Rod. If the pump head can be smoothly pushed, the stuck phenomenon cannot occur;
13. Install the new plunger valve core in the notched direction, and gently press down into place;
14. Tighten screws 1 and 2;
15. Turn limited block to the vertical position and tighten the side screws;
16. Install 4 delivery valve, pay attention to delivery valve clean with diesel before installation, and do not let dirt fall into the installation hole of the valve body;
17. Install stall solenoid valve, high-pressure oil pipe, oil inlet hose, oil return hose, inlet pipe and outlet pipe;
18. Fully check whether there is any leakage phenomenon;
19. Remove the air from the oil circuit and turn electric door lock spoons clockwise to * grid (power on), but do not start the engine. At this time, loosen the connecting injection pump inlet pipe until diesel oil comes out and tighten it, if the oil is injected regularly after the high-pressure oil pipe is removed, it indicates that the oil supply is normal.
