The prices of our products do not include tax.

Due to the uneven size and weight of the styles, the actual shipping fee may not match the submitted order fee. The order fee is sometimes not the actual shipping fee, and customers need to contact customer service to know the actual shipping fee.

Toy quality is good and the price is reasonable, it is worth the money, and the more you buy, the better the price.

1. Return and Exchange

From the day of logistics receipt, a return is supported within 7 days. The round-trip shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Due to the large loss caused by the return of the product, the seller must inspect the product after receipt to ensure there is no damage before a refund can be issued. If there is damage, the buyer will be responsible for compensation based on the extent of the damage!!! If the product itself has quality issues leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange.

Product Shipped Incorrectly

All products are checked before shipment, but sometimes mistakes may still occur. You can try selling them. Our products on Ali generally sell well. If there is a price difference, please contact our customer service to refund the difference.

Section Three: Quality Issues

Most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires. Some products can be repaired with spare parts, and we will provide the parts. For more details, please contact our customer service.

Fourthly, damaged packaging and damaged by courier logistics pressure.

When packing, we always add padding or buffer materials, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage to the items. However, the transportation is completed by the third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. If you find that the express delivery is damaged, you can inspect the goods in person or even refuse to accept it. If the express delivery is damaged after taking it home, please do not discard the outer box. You must contact the customer service first for processing. Do not immediately apply for a refund.
