For orders within Guangdong Province and those below 500 yuan from other places, it is better to choose express delivery!
How much is the shipping fee?
Answer: For example, with dedicated logistics, in general large cities, the cost for one piece of goods is around 40 yuan, and the cost for transshipment is about 60 yuan. The actual cost depends on the small logistics situation. The prices of Deyong, Huayu, Xibang, and Jiaji are relatively high, and the specific price should be determined by the carrier company!
Question 3: How long does it take to ship goods?
Answer: Chenghai is a world-renowned toy manufacturing hub with well-developed logistics. Major cities can be reached within four days, while it takes about a week to reach the transfer cities. For large logistics companies like Deppon, the delivery time is about one or two days longer than that of dedicated logistics. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and may be affected by various factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. We hope you won't hold it against us if the goods do not arrive on time.
IV. Must carefully pick up the goods at the designated location!
Answer: Compared to Debang and Jiaji, the disadvantage of dedicated logistics is that the network points are not complete. Generally, there is only one service point in a city, and many county-level cities are not reached. Although the freight charge of dedicated logistics is cheap, there may be a situation where the pickup location is several dozen kilometers away from yourself. Therefore, before choosing a freight company, make sure to understand the specific arrival location clearly. Don't waste time and effort to run several dozen kilometers to pick up the goods, which is not worth the effort!
5. When picking up the goods, I found that the outer box was severely damaged and pressed. How should I handle this?
Answer: Please contact me!! Inform me of the extent of the damage and the number of missing items, and we will work with the freight company to resolve the issue! Signing for the shipment without authorization allows the freight company to evade responsibility, which puts us in an awkward position. Such actions will not be protected by us, and the consequences will be borne by yourself!
