Shortage (inadequate quantity received): Please count the quantity of goods upon receipt with the transportation company personnel. If there is a shortage, please contact us immediately and take photos. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to help you solve the problem. Please have the transportation company personnel sign to confirm. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and compensate you for the missing part. If you have not counted or have not informed us of the shortage in time, it will be considered that the quantity is correct. Furthermore, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may be sold out at any time.
