Charge the mobile power bank using an adapter or a computer.

1. Connect the USB cable to a computer or adapter.

2. Then insert the Micro USB into the Micro female port of the portable power bank;

3. The LED indicator light of the portable power bank blinks in a running-horse pattern to indicate that it is charging.

4. After being fully charged, the four LED indicators on the portable power bank are all lit in a constant bright state.

Place the solar panel of this product in direct sunlight (avoiding high temperatures) or in an environment with sufficient light.

No button operation is required to charge itself using sunlight, and the solar charging indicator is on.

02. Do not drop, hit, disassemble, or attempt to repair this product by yourself.

03. Do not expose this product to direct sunlight or heat sources; do not store it near flames or flammable or explosive materials. Do not leave this portable power supply in a car, as high temperatures in the car can damage the product.

04. Please keep this portable power bank clean, and do not insert any foreign objects into the USB input and output holes, which may cause short circuit or damage.

05. If the portable power bank is not used frequently, it is recommended to charge and discharge it once a month to extend its service life. If it is not used for a long time, it is best to store it with 50% battery life.

06. Please place the portable power bank in a place where children cannot reach to prevent inappropriate use by children. This device is not suitable for individuals with low physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities, nor for those lacking relevant experience or knowledge. Unless supervised or guided by a responsible individual who ensures their safety, it is not recommended for use by these individuals.

Shipping time:

Orders placed before 18:00 are dispatched on the same day, while those after 18:00 are sent out the next day (based on the payment time). No deliveries are made on Sundays.

About packaging:

Product manufacturers will replace the packaging from time to time, so the buyer should refer to the actual packaging they receive. For buyers with strict requirements, they can carefully consult the customer service before purchasing. For single product shipments, we will ship in the original packaging plus the outer packaging. For large quantities, we will ship in the product packaging plus the outer box.

Delivery and Receipt Principles:

Please open the box to inspect the goods in the presence of the courier. If you find any issues, please do not sign for the delivery and immediately contact us. Once the goods are signed for, it indicates both parties acknowledge the consistency and completeness of the goods' appearance, quantity, and accessories without any disputes.

About freight charges:

The store has the right to charge additional weight fees for all products with excess shipping weight and has the right to modify the shipping fees for the transaction order.

1.Warranty Regulations:

A. If there are quality problems with the product during normal use, the warranty period promised by the manufacturer should be used for replacement or warranty.

B. If the product's appearance is damaged within the warranty period, only warranty services will be provided.

Random accessories and gifts are not covered by the warranty and exchange policy.

2.Under the following circumstances, the warranty will automatically become invalid:

A. Damage caused by incorrect operation, negligence, or unforeseen circumstances (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, wars, etc.).

B. The product has been repaired or modified by technicians from non-manufacturer or non-manufacturer authorized institutions.

C. The product's body code or warranty label has been replaced, altered, or damaged.

D. Severe damage or destruction to the appearance.

3.Repair Agreement:

A. From the time you sign for the goods, if there is a fault due to the product's own reasons within 7 days, please contact our after-sales customer service for consultation. If the problem is confirmed by our company's detection, we promise to replace the product. Our company will only bear the first freight cost of the product's marketing. The return freight cost needs to be borne by you.

B. Products that need to be replaced must be packaged and accessories intact and complete, without affecting the second sale.

C. All products that need to be returned for repair will be at your expense for the return shipping. Once we receive the goods, our customer service team will follow up with you. We will reject any items that are to be paid upon receipt and return them.

4.Return to factory instructions:

Please ensure to include a note in the returned express parcel stating your ID, address, name, phone number, and the product's problem, to facilitate the customer service team in returning the item or contacting you in a timely manner.
