Features
 Gear transmission is a mechanical transmission that uses the teeth of two gears to mesh together to transfer power and motion. It is classified into parallel axis cylindrical gear transmission, intersecting axis cone gear transmission, and intersecting axis spiral gear transmission based on the relative position of the gear axis. It has features such as compact structure, high efficiency, and long life.
 Gear transmission refers to a device that directly and indirectly transfers motion and power between the main and auxiliary wheels through their teeth.
 In all mechanical transmissions, gear transmission is the most widely used, capable of transmitting motion and power between any two shafts.
 The characteristics of gear transmission are: gear transmission is smooth, the transmission ratio is precise, the work is reliable, efficient, and has a long life. The range of power, speed, and size is large. Type
 (1) According to the relative position of the two axes and the direction of the gear teeth, it can be divided into the following types:
 Cylindrical gear transmission;
 Bevel Gear Drive;
 Interlocked helical gear transmission.
 (2) According to the working conditions of the gear, it can be divided into:
 Open gear transmission, gear is exposed, cannot ensure good lubrication.
 Semi-open gear transmission, with gears submerged in a oil pool, protected by a shield but not fully enclosed.
 Closed gear transmission, with gears, shafts, and bearings all housed within a sealed enclosure, provides excellent lubrication conditions, preventing the entry of dust and sand, and ensures precise installation.
 Gear transmission has good working conditions and is the most widely used gear transmission.
