After becoming a distributor of our company, the first time you order can be based on the minimum order quantity specified by the company or based on the mixed batch conditions for mixed batches.

The company follows the principle of low profit and high volume, and the products are not negotiable.


Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay for payment.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Although we have made the best preventive measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all our products, but due to the high popularity of our car models, remote control car models, and remote control aircraft, as well as the large number of export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that some products may not be available after an order is placed. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early delivery. If there is inventory, we will try to deliver the same day, and if there is no inventory, we will arrange the goods within three days. Please understand and forgive us! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Our company's default national express delivery is China Post, and for areas where delivery is not possible, we use China Post Small Packet. If you need other express services, please contact our customer service.

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies with insurance such as DEBON and BEST). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together to check the contents. Solution: Make sure you hold on to the delivery receipt until you have checked the package, and then return it to the courier. Question 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity. Solution: Just remember the courier's phone number and name.

Unconditional Return Policy: Our company offers a 15-day unconditional return and exchange service. In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the product packaging is intact, has not been used, and the product is undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged.) The shipping cost for the unconditional return or exchange is borne by the buyer.

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or they feel that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our images are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

Return and Exchange: For a return to be accepted, the product must have a quality issue that results in the loss of its intended functionality. In such cases, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. (Most issues can be resolved by simple steps such as changing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires... Remember, selling toys means knowing how to repair them!). For non-quality issues such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only completely qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality.

Product Images: All product images are 100% taken from actual products, which can truly reflect the actual appearance of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging methods of the products and packaging. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.

Other: Although we offer only high-quality toys, for perfectionists or those with strict standards, please gracefully turn around and walk away. Shipping is completed by third-party logistics companies, which are beyond our control. The shipping time is affected by numerous factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions. The estimated shipping time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It also cannot be used as a reason for returning the product.
