Due to the wholesale nature, the profit margin is low. All transactions with our company are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay for payment.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Although we have made the best preventive measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all our products, but due to the high popularity of our car models, remote control car models, and remote control airplanes, as well as the large number of export and domestic orders, there is a possibility that some products may not be available after an order is placed. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. If there is inventory, we will try to ship the same day, and if there is no inventory, we will have the goods ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Our company's default national express delivery is YTO, and for areas we cannot reach, we use China Post Small Packet. If you need other express services, please contact our customer service.

Solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reasons and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!
damagedThe responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (it is recommended to choose logistics companies like Dewang or Jiaji with insurance). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Unreasonable returnIf a return or exchange is required, the customer must ensure that the goods are in perfect condition, have not been used, and are undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged by our site). The shipping cost for returns without a reason is borne by the buyer.

Subjective DefectsOur company's products are of good quality and reasonable price, and they are worth more than the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is rough and there are flaws, not good materials, and they are different from what they imagined, etc., but these do not belong to quality problems. There is no perfect product, too picky buyers please avoid, our pictures are all taken from the actual objects, all dimensions are measured by hand, and 1-2CM error is normal.

Return and exchangeReturn Policy -- If the product itself suffers from a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires... Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
