If there are any quality issues, damaged packaging, or minor flaws caused by delivery pressure, please understand that we are not like e-commerce platforms like Taobao, where products can be sold at multiple times the price. We have only added a 10% margin, and some even fall short of this.
Before you receive the goods: please ensure that the packaging is intact, and make sure there are no signs of damage or any anomalies before accepting the goods. If the outer box packaging is damaged, please count and check the goods in time before the courier leaves. If there are any quality problems or the quantity is incorrect, please contact us in front of the courier: 18867559928. If the watch is damaged upon receipt, please inform the online customer service on the same day, take a picture of the damaged product and send it to us. Our colleagues will register or handle the corresponding processing for you.
About the specific solution for returns and exchanges: (Once the goods are sold, if there is no quality problem, we will not provide a return or exchange service. If there are any issues, please contact the customer service within seven days.)
Option One: If the watch you receive is damaged or has quality issues, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the goods. For products with quality issues that are below 500 yuan, the return shipping fee will be shared by both parties. Please notify us before sending the product back, and please package it for us. The buyer should pay for the return shipping fee first, and after we receive and confirm the product is undamaged, we will reimburse ten yuan shipping fee to your Alipay account.
Plan Two: If you receive a damaged or defective watch with a few pieces, please accumulate them first. Upon receiving the goods, please inform the online customer service and send us pictures of the damaged products or describe the quality problems. Our colleagues will register it for you. If the accumulated damage reaches about 200 yuan, please send them back in one batch. When you send back the watches, please notify us first. Please package the products well and prepay the shipping fee. After we confirm the receipt and verify the goods, we will reimburse you 10 yuan shipping fee to your Alipay account.
Option 3: For damage caused by human error, we can only help with repairs. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We offer free maintenance for issues with the movement, and for problems requiring replacement parts, we charge the corresponding fees based on the parts. If you find this difficult to accept or if you only want to order once, please weigh your options carefully, as we are also selecting our customers when you choose a supplier. We only want to work with customers who are willing to establish long-term partnerships.
Scheme 4: For customers who use our consignment service, we will cover the shipping fee for any mistakes made by the consignee, up to a maximum of 10 yuan. All other after-sales risks are the responsibility of the consignee. We support a 7-day return policy with no questions asked. If the product is returned in its original condition, we guarantee a full refund. If the product is returned but cannot be resold due to damage or use, we will deduct the corresponding depreciation costs based on the different accessories. The shipping costs for sending the product and for returning it are both the responsibility of the consignee.
