About the shipping process
After the customer places an order, our company's corresponding customer service prints out a product list, and then hands it over to the warehouse manager. The warehouse manager checks the inventory in the warehouse against the list to pick up the goods, and then hands it over to the packing staff for counting and inspection. Finally, the shipping staff delivers the goods to the courier company and together with the courier checks them. After the courier signs the list to confirm, the goods are packed and handed over to the courier company for scanning and shipping. Then, the shipping staff brings back the list to the account manager for retention.

About the delivery time
Customers will receive their orders within 48 hours after placing them, with delivery being postponed during holidays and public holidays. Once the actual shipment is made, we will declare it. About the liability for compensation

Once the buyer signs for the delivery and then discovers damage, loss, or other issues, it can be difficult to determine the responsibility, and therefore, we will not support any claims for compensation.
