1. The warranty period for USB flash drives is usually 1-5 years, depending on the contract.
2. For USB flash drives within the warranty period, the corresponding performance after repair should meet the custom standard for new products (excluding normal aging).
3. If the product is past the USB flash drive warranty period, our factory can also repair it, but if replacement of the USB flash drive parts is required, the customer will bear the related costs;
4. Udisks produced by other manufacturers can also be repaired, and the costs incurred will be borne by the customer (limited to cooperative customers).
5. The factory will complete the repair of the USB flash drive within 3 working days after receiving the returned USB flash drive (customized USB flash drives will be returned according to the production schedule);
6. If the custom USB flash drive cannot be repaired, the manufacturer will ensure the drive is replaced within the warranty period.
7. All USB flash drives produced by our factory are strictly controlled and inspected before shipment, with three inspection processes. We ensure quality by testing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, among other steps, to meet the standards of the ISO9001 quality management system. Question 1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
Reply: We are a factory that has been audited and inspected by TUV Rheinland certification agency. We currently produce for many large enterprises both domestically and internationally. We welcome the opportunity to cooperate with you at any time!

Question 2: Can I request some samples for testing before placing a bulk order?
Reply: Yes, welcome to refer to the samples provided by our factory (samples that are prohibited from being displayed and sent due to customer requirements for confidentiality), and we will provide free reference samples for actual orders. Welcome to consult!

Question 3: How can I get the personalized product I want?
Please send us your product intentions in design file formats such as AI, CDR, and EPS (or you can also provide multiple angle reference images, but it will increase the design difficulty). Our design team generally completes the rendering design within 24 hours and sends it to you. Once you are satisfied with the rendering and confirm it, our factory will arrange for the sample production and produce the bulk order based on the pre-production sample effect that you have confirmed.

Question 4: How long does it take to complete the sample?
Reply: After the confirmation of the design rendering, the personalized sample will be completed within 2-5 days.

Question 5: Can I add a logo to some of your interesting design models?
Reply: Yes, we provide private label services for some of our self-created products (except for those that the original customer requires to be displayed only).

Question 6: How do you control quality and delivery time?
Reply: Our quality control department has multiple QC teams, which conduct strict quality control checks at more than three process stages, including inbound materials, the production process, and before packing. In terms of delivery, we have established partnerships with numerous reputable suppliers for over seven years and maintain a stock of materials to ensure quick delivery.
